Indigo Bay is full of witty, fast paced, adrenaline pumped youthful celebrities. Some making their own name, some famous for their parents, others for both. The town, fondly nick named 'Promiscuous Limited', is home to many a misdemeanors and the paparazzi love nothing more than to snap the youngsters preposterous antics.

Peoples motives here are never quite clear, and they don't have limits on what they will do to get what they want. Attention, domination, sexual pleasure and fame are the most common cravings of these horrid, night club trawling creatures we call celebrities, but they lead the life we all secretly wish we could have.
